I had a wonderful experience at SD Massage Spa Reflexology. From the moment I walked in, the place felt clean, calm, and welcoming. The staff were very professional and friendly, and they made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The massage itself was excellent — strong where needed, but still very relaxing. They really know what they’re doing, especially with reflexology. I felt so much lighter and more relaxed afterward, both physically and mentally. Parking was easy, the environment was quiet, and the whole experience felt thoughtful and unhurried. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great massage in San Diego.

I recently received a massage from Lily at SD Massage Spa, and it was hands down the best massage I’ve ever had. I’ve had a lot of massages over the years, from deep tissue to soft relaxation massages, but Lily was absolutely perfect. The pressure, technique, and overall experience were exactly what I needed to completely relax and relieve stress. I have been coming here for almost ten years and Andy and his staff are the best at what they do! Andy the owner always remembers me and makes me feel so welcomed and appreciated. Just let the receptionist know if you want a lot or less pressure at the beginning so they can let your masseuse know before the massage begins. They always apply the pressure I ask for and get deep in my tissues getting all knots out precisely. I have gone to many massage places across the world, but none compare to this place! Staff is very professional and experts at their job/ they truly give their all in the massages. They have two great locations! Nice spot that just opened in July! There are two designated parking spots in the back. Did a couples massage for 90 minutes and loved it. They crawled in the bed and used their elbows, which I really needed! I highly recommend this place!

This was my first time and I got the 60 minute massage plus 30 minutes of reflexology. I am definitely coming back. Jack was able to pinpoint my lower back issues and find other spots on my upper back that were related to the lower back problems. I definitely recommend adding on reflexology. I didn’t realize how tight my feet were until I was walking out and noticed my arches didn’t hurt anymore. A great find in Hillcrest and there’s a parking lot behind the building. With all the construction going on around here, that’s a huge plus.
