The staff here are incredibly helpful and that makes a big difference. The space itself can feel cluttered and a bit overwhelming at first glance, but if you ask for help, they really know their inventory and will point you exactly where you need to go. What they may lack in visual organization, they more than make up for in selection. They seem to carry just about anything you could imagine needing, which makes it a reliable stop when you’re looking for something specific. If you’re willing to navigate a packed space (with assistance from very capable staff), you’ll likely find exactly what you came for.

They keep the newest items, hair, colors, products and more in stock. The owners are very nice and the employees are very helpful. Not too expensive and overall you'll find what you need or didn't think of. It's easy to find what you're looking for and just like Walmart you go in for one thing and end up with 10 things.

Definitely a lot of variations of braiding and crochet hair brands. The staff was helpful and even offer to get in a particular type of hair that I was looking for. I also received a free gift upon my purchase you may have to spend over a certain amount but either way it was a good gesture I will be back🥰🥰

I've been going to this beauty supply store for at least 10 years. I always spend over $100. I really didn't appreciate the fact I brought crochet hair and forgot the needle. They didn't allow me to purchase the needle to complete the hairstyle. They claim I had to spend over $5. So I wanted a refund. They fake refunded me and I never received a refund. And once I contacted then, I was told to call my bank and they were so insensitive to my inconvenience. 🤷🏾‍♀️🤷🏾‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️

I have patronized this location for a while, but was very disappointed in the service. I purchased a garment without size indications on the box, and when I asked the store representative about it, she said I could exchange it if it didn't fit. The staff today rudely refused to exchange it, and when asked why, they pointed to the no returns on general merchandise at the bottom of the receipt, and used that as an unethical loophole to excuse being dishonest and providing poor service. It was a $25 garment, so I was very disappointed. We should patronize businesses that appreciate our business, not take advantage of it.
