Sassy Scissors

She refused to do my hair even though I made an appointment.. I'm to stress ful.. show me the door . Oh well lady does good work loves to tell stories...

In response to the poor reviews regarding "horrible customer service and rudeness on the phone" Sassy Scissors is not "Famous Hair" or like any other corporate franchise. Sassy Scissors is a one woman show, a very lovely woman at that. She's comfortably retired already so she doesn't NEED to do it at all, she does it by choice, not to turn a profit. Most months she actually ends up losing money after paying the bills. She does it bc she enjoys it and most of all she loves people. On one occasion i had scheduled an appt then my furnace broke mid winter. At the time i was unemployed so i was forced to not only empty my savings account, but borrow $ from friends to repair it. I had a multiple job interviews coming up which is why i had made the appointment. I called her to cancel my appt bc

I no longer live in Erie, but back in the 80s and 90s I got all of my perms and haircuts at Sassy Scissors. The owner is one of a kind and wonderful. I now live in Pittsburgh and wish I could find this type of salon!

I would never recommend you come here my husband had a 9:30 appointment and he didn't leave until 11 he said the woman was ranting for a hour and half clipping one hair at a time then stops to rant more very unprofessional this lady has serious issues and shouldn't be in business

She did amazing job on cutting my hair...Also she takes her time ,I'll be coming back again soon that for sure!
