They are awesome! I called them to schedule they scheduled me in next day with Rachel, team is super friendly and welcoming! They definitely do knowing what they are doing! Such lovely salon! Definitely going back ! Rachel did such a wonderful job with my hair I love it !

Not only is this salon gorgeous, the owner is a truly amazing person! I met Meg around the time that she opened up Hidden Gem. She was so kind, welcoming, and considerate. She really took her time, she even sat down with me and talked about what I wanted to do with my hair. I was a dirty blonde when I walked in and told her I wanted a split dye with a pink, purple and blue rainbow on the blonde side. Safe to say she delivered! Every visit is a bonding session and I always look forward to my next appointment. Pricing is incredibly fair considering how knowledgeable and experienced she is. You can just tell she’s passionate about what she does. 10/10 highly recommend!

I met Megan at another salon sometime in 2020! I've always struggled to find a haircut that looks good on me, but Megan helped me figure out cuts and ways to style it that really suit me. She's also such a kind person, I really look forward to the times I get my hair done. She also knows SO MUCH about hair and stays current with research and best practices. There have been several times that I have asked a question and she has an in depth answer from the top of her head. I was very excited for her to have her own space, and Hidden Gem really describes what this place is. It is a charming location with good energy. Megan's care for her craft and her clients will keep me coming back for a long time.
