Sarah is the best physical therapist I have ever had. She has a keen knowledge for identifying muscle imbalances in the body, and providing exercises that help correct issues. Not only does she help with some targeted massage and exercises that helps to relieve a lot of my hip and back pain, we continue to work on strengthening the whole body. She demonstrates the exercises and works with you so you learn how to do them correctly. I am constantly learning new things from Sarah. Highly recommend!

Sarah is highly trained and certified in a large number of modalities that she employs with skill and wisdom to help you feel better, get stronger, and do more. I have experience with a regrettably high number of physical therapists and other practitioners, and I promise you that she is the absolute best. She is particular skilled at ferreting out problems you didn't know you had -- have a painful knee? She'll be probing and testing your hip or your back, and suddenly you will feel better. Her approach is very satisfying because she tests before and after and you can see your body working better and getting stronger before your eyes. Sarah is easy to talk to and nice to spend an hour or two with -- I recommend the longer appointments, especially in the beginning, because it gives her time

Sarah is one of the best LMT and movement therapist I’ve ever worked with. She understands body work and tries to dial into the root cause of issues instead of just treating the symptoms. As a outdoor athlete, she understands the needs of those with an active lifestyle but can also treat chronic pain. I have arthritis in an ankle and scoliosis so I’m no stranger to pain. Yet, I’ve walked in with a hobble and left feeling great and hiked 8 miles the next day.

"Movement Therapy" is a body/mind approach to psychotherapy, with specific Master's-level training and certification. This person is a massage therapist, and is misrepresenting herself by using a term that she may not even understand.
