Sarah has helped me so much through a lot of trauma and grief. She is truly a light in this world. Very knowledgeable and talented. I have only had Zero Balance sessions but I am sure her massages are great as well.

Great experience, didn't expect much but definitely helped. I had felt as if I had acute sciatica and as soon as I stood up from the table I felt instant relief. By the next day I felt 99% better.

Sarah-Elizabeth is an amazing healer. She has worked on my now 3 year old son with zero-balancing work and it has helped him immensely with his balance, falling, eating struggles, and so much more. I too also see her and she has helped me keep my body in alignment and pain free for over a year now. I even took her zero-balancing introduction class and she did an amazing job explaining how it works and what it all does as well as some history about. She showed us how to go through a sequence as well and it has inspired me to want to get certified as well. If you are ever looking for a hand on therapist that is very kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and personable, then look no further cause she is all that and more.

Sarah is an amazing individual not only does she have really strong hands but she's got a great heart and make a list of things that's wrong because she's going to fix them all one by one amen!
