I have been going to Syrah Day Spa for several years. The spa (and wellness clinic) has a comfortable, relaxing atmosphere and the staff makes you feel very welcome. I go there for a variety of services and have always been completely satisfied. They recently added some additional services, i.e., an infrared sauna and red light therapy bed. Additionally, they are now offering a monthly membership program which I decided to give a try. I love it. I can make my appointments online and receive confirmations almost immediately. When I arrive for my appointments, the staff is smiling, pleasant and has prepared in advance for my arrival. I leave feeling happy, rejuvenated and ready to tackle the rest of the day, or sometimes, just go home and relax a little more. Check out the program

My husband and I have been going here for a couple years now and we've always had a wonderful experience! We were going in to get regular massages, but were surprised when they helped SO MUCH with my neck pain and my husband's knee pain. We always refer our friends and family to go here when they mention the same issues! The rooms/store have a welcoming and comfortable vibe. Staff is helpful and very nice. Our experience has been with Holly and Jaemy. We would highly recommend both of them!

I pulled a muscle in my lower back yet again. I had the opportunity to get into the red light therapy bed for 20 minutes and my pain has been demished by half!!! I wasn't expecting to feel such relief after only using it one time. It was so relaxing that I almost fell asleep. To anyone experiencing any kind of pain please do yourself a favor and visit Syrah. I will be using it again, soon! They have memberships for those who want a bigger bang for their buck. So glad I found something that helps me. 💕

The ladies here are so friendly and professional. Every service I have ever recieved from Owner, Sara (massages, facials, body scrub, spray tan) and her team have been phenomenal. Janel is a very talented estatician and lash artist too. I have always loved my lashes and facials from Janel. Janel takes special attention to detail when she is doing lashes and her work is flawless. I also love that I have been able to purchase my favorite spa and facial products to use at home. There are many other services by other team members that I can't wait to try. The moment I walk in I am greeted like family. I wouldn't go anywhere else in the Auburn area.

I have had pretty bad back pain because of the muscles in my back being so tight and knotted. I got a massage from Laura Johnson and she did such an amazing job working on my knots especially on my shoulder blades. I was wanting someone who could apply a lot of pressure and get deep into the muscle which she did perfectly, she was able to do that for the entire hour which I was really impressed with. Her knowledge and technique was also very impressive, she manipulated my arms into different positions so she could work the muscles in different ways. I will definitely be returning to Laura from now on. As for the facility Syrah Day Spa, I was extremely happy, it was very clean, relaxing, and the decor was great.
