I’ve been going to Sapien for years and trust Stephanie 100% with my skin and she is the best esthetician in Seattle! I always get a treatment facial and she tailors each visit for my skin at that time. Over the years I’ve gotten bbl, microneedling, IPL and most recently a co2 deka duo. My skin has never looked better! I also love that she consistently recommends the same products and doesn’t push for you to buy new items all the time. My at home skincare routine is quick and not a million products so it’s easy to stay consistent.

I’ve been seeing Stephanie at Sapien for years, and I truly can’t say enough good things about her. What sets her apart is her science-focused approach to skincare. She doesn’t chase trends — she explains the “why,” tailors treatments thoughtfully, and makes decisions based on long-term skin health. Through her, I was introduced to IPL treatments, and they’ve been a total game changer for my skin. My tone is more even, redness is reduced, and overall my skin just looks clearer and healthier. It’s one of the highest-impact things I’ve done for my complexion. I have been wanting to embark on a laser journey for a few years, but every time I started to research, I became overwhelmed. Everyone and their mother has a different opinion about what lasers are good, bad, or questionable. All of that confusion was dissolved upon my first visit with Stephanie. She was consultative and direct, passionate and educated. She gave me the confidence to pull the trigger on this investment. The treatment itself was as pleasant as could be. Yes, the lasers are intense, but I was numbed up, tucked in comfortable bedding, and in great hands. Who knew deep skin restoration procedures could be so relaxing? Pre and post care is clearly outlined and the products are provided ahead of time. I knew exactly what I was signing up for. I was checked in on early and often.

My facial with Jade was a DREAM and felt so luxurious, both because of the quality of products and her thoughtful approach.
