Had the most amazing healing massage experience with Mariaines. I felt she understood me not only my body pains but also she really got me on the emotional level. Deep breathing helps the release here. I feel so much lighter, pain free and relaxed. Her visualisation techniques and no soft touch massage here, Mariaines gets deep down into the stubborn areas, releasing years of shoulder stress and my back and whole body feels stronger for it. I will be coming back for more as time goes by. I totally recommend this lady.

Amazing foot reflexology session with Mariaines! The experience was very personalized, she adjusted the pressure based on what my body needed and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. She also guided me through visualization, which helped me relax on a much deeper level. She completely removed all the stress that’s been on my mind. You can tell Mariaines is extremely skilled and she worked on areas that released tension I didn’t even realize I had, and I left feeling lighter, calmer, and refreshed. Mariaines showed true dedication , knowledge and professionalism during our session. She was able to alleviate a pain in my right knee that I’d had for six years due to a cycling accident. The first time i went to Mariaines was around 2010. The stress I was dealing with at that time was taking a huge toll on my physical and mental health. Mariaines suggested foot reflexology and tried visualization. Immediately after the first session, I felt like a huge weight was taken off my shoulders. I can honestly say Mariaines is more of a healer than just a massage therapist. She goes above and beyond to really find the root of the problem and help you. 7 years later and I am still seeing Mariaines. Definitely highly recommended!
