I would say this store is AMAZING! It has a variety of different beauty products and brands. They additionally provide common brand name items for lower prices than traditional products are offered. I’ve been buying from this store for two years now and it wasn’t until today, that I encountered a problem with one of the employees DAVID. I was looking to get assistance finding hair extensions and requested speaking to a Spanish speaker staff member to discuss the differences between them. Moreover, I saw David and asked him if he could assist me finding a Spanish speaker but he reacted hostile and discriminated against me an my inability to defend myself because of the language barrier. David lashed out at me and said those that speak Spanish aren’t available and he (David) was the only ava

I placed an order in August 2025 that never arrived. After tracking it down, I discovered that the post office received the package but never delivered it to my home. Instead, they returned it to Sam’s for reasons unknown to me. I contacted Sam’s to explain the situation and asked them to resend the order, especially since the items were for my honeymoon and time-sensitive. Sam’s told me there was nothing they could do. I was instructed to reorder the items and pay a “restocking fee” for the returned shipment—even though I did not initiate the return. After being a customer for over 10 years and spending thousands of dollars with this company, I found it unbelievable that they wouldn’t cover a $10 fee. I disputed the charge, and PayPal ultimately ruled in my favor and issued a full refund

This store is HUGE. There is so so so so much it’s unbelievable. The deals are even better than you can imagine. The customer service was so good as well, they have people in the aisles helping and many desk staff. Angel helped me check out and he was great. I’m definitely gonna be back

The experience from the walk through the door to the customer service desk for check out was absolutely incredible. The assistance and service is amazing. We walked through the entire store with excellent prices organized merchandise. Will most definitely be back. Also they need more of Angel from customer service. We will be back.
