Bibi's Nails Melrose Park

Went in for a pedi and mani both no chip and the manicure was horrible!! Nails lifted within 3 days and my nails are bumpy. Spent $75 for both - I really wanted to like them.

Went in last week for the first time, I highly recommend going here! As soon as you come in everyone greets you with good energy! I had a great conversation with the owners, very friendly! I was looking for a very specific color and they did exactly what I wanted! I was so happy with the results!!

I recently visited this location and had a disappointing experience with one of the employees. From the moment I picked my nail color, she gave me attitude for no reason. She acted irritated, as if my color choice was somehow a problem for her—even though she wasn’t the one doing my nails. Her behavior was completely unnecessary and unprofessional, especially over something as simple as a nail color. It made the entire visit uncomfortable, and the lack of basic customer service was very noticeable.

They know what they are doing!!! Worth the wait and just communicate what you want and they will use their expertise to make it happen. Yes it’s a little pricey but it’s your nails! Treat yourself 🙌🏽 Lynn is the master and very tidy and skilled with her work. Pedicures here are always proper. They upgraded all of the chairs and have plexiglass between all the booths to ensure COVID-19 precautions are in place. Their color selection is immense and they do crystals and designs and even hand built marble nails. Just go. They accept walk ins or appointments. Just don’t go in a hurry because art takes time.

My girl Lynn at Bibi Nails Melrose park never disappoints when doing my nail. She definitely does amazing work and always does excellent work on my nails I've been coming here for years now and I can honestly say I won't go anywhere else. The whole staff is amazing and always make me feel so good when I'm there.
