Rita's Hair

If you are a teen/child being taken here by your mom, do everything in your power to convince her to take you anywhere else. I don't remember the name of the stylist who utterly ruined my hairline, but trust me, you'll be feeling and seeing the effects of their terrible skills years later. Parents, consider spending a few extra dollars at a qualified barber for your child. I cannot fully express how much it matters in the long run

Had been there once a long time ago and at that time the lady cutting my son’s hair made him cry when I asked her to thin out his hair a bit because he has thick hair and she kept pulling his hair with the shears. I’ve taken him to quite a few places already and she claims that always has happens. I even asked another hair salon place after and they said it’s absolutely not true. So we tried again today and had them same bad experience. I let my autistic son get his hair cut by an older lady. As soon as he moved a bit since it tickles him the lady held down strongly to his head and kept pushing the clippers into the nape and then drag up and hurt him and he started crying and moving and wanted to her to stop. At this point we just let her finish. I did go up to console him and did tell her

Alma does a great job, she does awesome cuts for men and women, she is fast and efficient. I will be going to her next for coloring. I highly recommend Rita's salon de belleza. Alma is professional., very nice and gets results.

Great service every time. There might be a wait sometimes but only if you prefer to get your cut with a specific person. They have enough people to service everyone. Price is not too much compared to other places.

We love it my husband our two boys and myself. My husband only goes with Rita my boys go with Rita or Alma and I go with Alma shes colored my hair and cut it and its just how I pucture it! Very friendly . And cuts for $5 you cant beat that!
