I CAME HERE TODAY & THE YOUNG LADY HELPED WITH NOT JUST THE HAIR EXTENSION BUT SHE SHARED ON HOW TO CARE FOR THE HAIR. SHE'Z SUPER HELPFUL & OFFERED HER BEATICIAN SERVICES BCUZ SHE'Z ALSO A HAIR STYLIST. I WOULD HIGHLY RECCOMEND HER & THIS BUSINESS WITH LOTZ OF DIFFERENT WIGZ, EXTENSIONZ & KNOWLEDGE OF WHAT HAIR IZ ABOUT.

I googled 5 hair supply stores, looking for reasonably priced human hair. I started here, it was empty (they all were) except one lady. The African man in charge focused on her, while I wasn't sure if I could browse (they are uncomfortable if they can't follow me) I tried to wait, but my list was too long. She finally left, without a purchase, I asked questions about products? I didn't see any, besides hair, he became irritated, mumbled something then walked away, back to his television? His prices were GREAT, attitude TERRIBLE, I chose to leave. For almost 2 hours I went thru my list, only to be treated worse for double the price. Had to humble myself, go back to Sam's, only this time (stores still empty) he was super-helpful, humble and gracious? Guess he thought about his busine

The man in there is very rude and the hair is EXTREMELY over priced. Once I realized I asked for a refund before we ever left the store he refused and threatened to call the police.
