Erica is a truly gifted massage therapist. She has the range to offer deep tissue work for bound up facia but also the gentle touch when the body needs something less intense. She is very in tune with her clients, which is felt both in her energy work and her massage alike. 10/10 would recommend.

I’m a student at the university and scheduled a massage here toward the end of the semester to help with stress and relaxation. I was greeted with a smile by the receptionist and received an outstanding massage (I wish I could remember the therapists name!). The therapist took me back, asked what I was looking for and actually LISTENED when I said I was having pain and tension in the right side of my back. She worked the area without OVERworking it and I left feeling MUCH better than when I walked in after a full body massage. The only thing about the experience that came close to being inconvenient was that it’s located on the second floor of a strip of businesses and the stair access was not clearly labeled, so I walked around the building a couple of times looking for it.
