Got my hair and beard done! Mason Moore did a phenomenal job and the Mason is a very humble guy great at conversations! Come to this shop if you want a neat haircut and beard style you won’t be disappointed.

First time at this shop and it will not be my last. I did some research on new barbers before deciding to book here. Jeff took time to chat with me and make sure he understood what I was looking for and he let me know what we could and couldn’t do right away, and what we needed to work towards on future cuts. He did an amazing job on my hair and just as good on my beard. The shop is just very cool too. Great vibes, great music and great conversation. All the guys will chat with you and make you feel comfortable. I found my new spot.

Got lucky on my first visit and was able to snag a walk-in because of a last minute no-show (appointments highly recommended for weekend work). I'm new to the area and took a chance on Sal's because of the Austin vibe, and the decor and music did not disappoint. Great atmosphere. Nick was my barber and he did a killer job. Best cut and priced appropriately. Absolutely coming back.

I have gone here plenty of times over the past years and I always love the experience here as they always do a great job blessing me up! Highly recommend to anyone in the area. The environment is so welcoming and friendly and all the guys are great! Definitely recommend my guy Mason Moore but you can’t go wrong!

Recommendation to future customers: If you do not wear your hair in a typical men's clipper cut, I recommend somewhere else. I'm new to the area, so unfortunately no other suggestions. Short version of the unpleasant experience with Sal's: I wear a medium-length haircut, asked on the phone if they can handle that ("scissors only cut"), and showed a picture of my goal to the barber before we started (a picture of me with a recent good haircut), each time the person on phone and my barber in the store said Yes. The barber finished nearly giving me a bowl cut and asking what I thought. Had I not asked the barber to fix my sides with layering, I would have walked out of the shop with a something like a bowl cut on the sides, but bulky length in the back.
