Really, really impressed with Neoskin. Their services and expertise speak for themselves, yes. But I personally was more worried about the atmosphere. For context, I'm a lil awkward. I feel out of place in most places. I struggle socially. I was REALLY nervous to go to another medspa type place bc my experience in another place in 2019 was NOT GOOD. Neoskin staff was always welcoming and friendly and warm without a hint of judgment. Ever. They all really appear to have a blast doing what they do! It's contagious when the waiting room starts laughing and getting silly. Neoskin is comfortable. Hands down the BEST experience from start to finish (although the pokes hurt the same as they would anywhere LOL). Everyone I interacted with was beyond lovely and knowledgeable. Olivia is an absolute gem! Can't wait to be back soon!
