They always have a good variety of fresh oils sourced from different places around the world, know when they were pressed, and list the numbers associated with the phenolic and other compounds that offer great health benefits. If you aren’t familiar with those terms and their health benefits, just search the internet to see what places like the Cleveland Clinic, Mayo Clinic, or other legit medical organizations say. These oils are single variety, and FAR better quality than you can buy in grocery stores, which are usually cut with other (not olive) oils. What a phenomenal selection of locally made balsamic vinegars (light and dark), along with numerous infused oils. They have 4 sizes avl, starting at $6 for 60 ml size. I would've bought 1 of each if my budget allowed, but today I chose Raspberry, (375 ml for $18.50), Honey Ginger, Sicilian Lemon (200 ml for 13.50 each) and Neopolitan herb $6 for 60 ml). Add your phone number for a frequent buyer program too. I didn't even get to the olive oils! So much to choose. Gayle was personable, helpful, knowledgeable and listened to my many questions and provided useful suggestions and ideas. I will definitely return!
