SalonOne19 & Spa

(I think this is only the fourth Google review I’ve written in the last decade, and I genuinely wish it weren’t a negative one.) I’ve lived nearby for years and have always had good experiences with the staff; they’ve been kind, talented, and very deserving of the tips I’ve given them. I’ve recommended this salon to others and genuinely enjoyed coming here, which is why this experience was so disappointing. Earlier today, I booked an appointment, and a few hours later received a voicemail saying it needed to be rescheduled. I understand that things come up, but this is the third or fourth time this has happened to me — including the last time I booked. I have been going to see Chas at Salon One 19 for several years. He does an amazing job with color and I’m always happy with his cuts for my curly hair, not an easy feat for some, but he’s great!

Salon 119 was able to fit me in for a haircut last minute which was such a blessing. I showed Brooke pictures of the type of cut I wanted and she gave me helpful suggestions and showed confidence in what was achievable. Throughout the haircut Brooke was enjoyable to talk to. I went from long hair to collarbone length and no bangs to full on bangs (quite the change i wanted!) Brooke is very skilled and did an amazing job! I absolutely love my haircut. Salon119’s other customers that had gotten their haircuts done simultaneously looked very pleased upon leaving the salon as well. I can recommend this Salon and i will definitely be back.

This is the second time that we went here!! My husband and I took our daughter for her first haircut and we were met by Brooke!! We absolutely love the work that she does!! Today I went and got my haircut as well and fell in love with it!! Highly recommend Brooke!!
