This review is extremely overdue. I’ve visited this location for the past 10+ years since I’ve been licensed. I’ve always favored this location because it’s always been well stocked! My most recent and LAST visit here was one of the worst customer service experience I’ve ever dealt with and so disgraceful. The manager has got to be one of the most vile human beings I’ve ever dealt with. I think her name is Jackie? I can’t quite recall. She’s in her late 60s, gray/brown curly hair. She embarrassed me in front of her employee she was training and customers walking through the door. I’ve never felt so embarrassed in an establishment before. I absolutely love this store location. The staff is always so kind and helpful! Jackie went above and beyond to help me out today with an order when it wouldn't let me place it online. I look forward to continuing to shop here!
