Great Clips

My family of 4 came in on December 24th and got cuts. My fiancés hair and our 2 daughters hair looks good but mine that was down to almost my butt is completely ruined. I asked the man to cut my hair in extreme layers and to frame my face. Since that day I have noticed may areas in my hair that are cut so wrong it’s making me cry. I have notable areas where the layers aren’t the same length in spots where they should be. I am highly upset because as I stated my hair was to my butt. I was fully prepared for a big chop but not one that has my hair botched and has me guessing how to do my hair because I don’t want people to see it. So I guess a claw clip or a bun will be my future. Also we paid a total of 95 for our services.

Great experience. Went here after another “high end” salon wanted to change my appointment time 15 minutes before my appointment? I couldn’t accommodate so drove up to Great Clips. Shout out to Zack, who was very personable and gave me the cutest haircut ever. Thank you!!!

I enjoy the notes that they keep.It allows me to sit and not explain what I want every time I go. It also make my haircut consistent .

I went in today to get a hair cut with a photo of what I wanted. It was a style I have had cut before. The lady who cut my hair took one look at the photo said it would be no problem and then got to work on the worst hair cut I’ve ever had as an adult. I asked her to cut the length off the back of my hair so I didn’t have a mullet looking cut and she gave me even more of a mullet. She didn’t blend the layers at all and hacked off the front of my hair. I had to go to a different place to let them try and fix it. They did refund my money for my cut, but only did so after starting to argue that all she did was cut the back. Not a great experience at all!

I'm not sure who did this to my boyfriend today, but girl... please find a new profession. This one isn't it.
