My first time getting an eyelash lift and tint, and i regret every moment of it. My eyelashes were left to over process and were damaged. The person doing them kept leaving me to work on other customers eyebrows. She also never flushed my eyes, leaving the chemical to go in my eyes and burn. Afterwards, the curl was so far back that it touched my eyelids and I was constantly uncomfortable. I called a day later asking for help to fix it, and the person told me to call back in a few days to speak to someone else- which would then have been too late to have had this fixed! I asked what they could do, and she wouldn't answer- just to call back. I had to go to another studio, pay another $130 and have my eyelashes relaxed. They're still damaged, but i appreciate that a more professional studio,

Seeru is the absolute best threading and waxing tech I’ve ever used. She regularly does my brows, nose and Brazilian. If you’ve tried a Brazilian before and couldn’t handle the pain, give Seeru a try. She is so sweet, skilled and professional. The kind of waxing skill she has only comes with years of experience. The whole ordeal is so much less painful and the results are fantastic.

I had my eyebrows done by Sam, and she was absolutely perfect. She shaped them exactly the way I wanted, and the results were amazing. On top of her great work, her personality is wonderful, she’s kind, patient, and really listens to what you want. I always make sure to go when she’s there. I’ll definitely keep coming back and will always ask for Sam to do my eyebrows!

I come to Pretty Brows Waterford all the time. There’s never a long wait and they do quality work. My eyebrows and lashes always turn out good. The staff is always friendly and efficient. I highly recommend!
