Went to grab some stuff today and immediately when i walked in it was different. First thing i noticed was how clean it was and you could smell how clean it was, then as i shopped i was noticing how neat, well stocked, and organized the shelves were. William, the new manager is wonderful! He was very kind and helpful. Im so happy to see the store on the ups!

The staff here is amazing. They’ve always been amazing. Super helpful. Super organized. A+ The one star is for the STORE. It’s absolutely bonkers that they’re still using software and computers from the year 2000. It’s a running joke that we all know how long cashing out at salon centric will be. It’s impossible to go there on a day you have to work because who knows how long it will take. I truly try to order as much as I can online to avoid waiting in store… however, I think the workers there are great and I love seeing them. Fix it. It’s beyond time and this company is very successful… there’s no excuse

I just want to give a shout out to Shatha. She is so helpful. She always calls me when there is a special going on. She also helps me find whatever I need when I’m at the store. She gives great customer service!

I would give them a 5 star but half the time they can never find my account via phone number

I just want to thank William and Megan for being such a great help you guys changed my experience with that store the best customer service from both to the owner please teach other salon centric staff to more kind like them
