Went in with pretty bad neck and back pain and had an amazing experience. Phil was fantastic, he really listened, understood where my pain was coming from, and tailored the pressure exactly to what I needed. Once my neck pain eased up, I actually fell asleep, which never happens for me during massages. He also took the time to explain what was causing the tension and gave me helpful stretch tips specific to where my pain shows up. I booked a 75-minute session this time, but it was so good I already booked 2 hours for next time. Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back.

I had such an amazing experience. Very private location, extremely professional yet warm and inviting atmosphere. I was allowed to request the music that was calm and relaxing for me and ending up learning so much about myself and the ways that my stress was compacted. Phil was able to relax me with his calm and very patient tone and very flowy conversation. When I was silent he was silent... When I spoke he spoke, and truly provided me with the best therapy session ever. I've already booked my next appt.. and certainly looking forward to this journey of "healing"

My experience at Strong Hands Wellness was exceptional. The atmosphere is lovely and inviting. Phil sat down and took the time to listen to my objectives and concerns. His understanding of my needs was reflected in the work he did, which was specific to my body. Phil has a wonderfully intuitive touch and a great understanding that deep tissue massage does not mean "painful pressure." As a result, my muscles never felt the need to tense up and fight against the work he was doing, and I was able to relax and find relief from some of my long-standing holding patterns. I will definitely be booking again!

Great experience. Phil asks questions and listens, he wants to understand your concerns and offer a treatment tailored to what you need. He has a good understanding of anatomy and ability to find the areas that need addressing and work on them gently. I’ve had a lot of massage work over the years and he is definitely one of the best.
