I have been renting office space from Surge Colab for over six months and it has been an excellent working environment. The owner accommodates with whatever your business needs and makes sure the office space runs smoothly with delivering mail, stocking coffee, tea, water, etc., and even brings in extra treats around holidays (bonus!). Great location and fair office renting fees. The conference rooms are very nice, and scheduling is a breeze online. Overall, I highly recommend Surge Colab.
