Good customer service and knowledgeable staff. They mark their prices up though. I bought a Keratin Complex try me kit, and then realized it is $9 cheaper on the Keratin Complex pro website. Also bought some Verb products there that were pricier than they are at a different State Beauty Supply I frequent. That would mean I have to retail them to my clients for more than they cost at Sephora and online. I will avoid this location if possible. I just had to edit this review to say that recently they have a few employees who give such amazing customer service that I almost exclusively shop here for products. Extremely helpful, friendly and professional service!

Bethany at State Beauty is awesome! She remembered a product I asked for a week before seen it at another State store and brought it to the May location for me. I'm retired so it's not like I'm in there every day! Made me feel very special.

I always get wonderful smiling faces and great customer service when I go to this beauty supply. They are always so helpful and point me in the right direction, they also have very good knowledge of the product lines and let me know about the promotions that month! Thanks, Lacey

The worst Customer service that I have come across. State Beauty Supply is ALWAYS SO AMAZING, which why it makes me sad how my experience was. On my visit the ladies that "helped me" that I hope were both just having a very off day, or Maybe even I caught them at the wrong time...or it was time for them to close in 20mins. I have been to MANY State Beauty Supplies, Armstrong McCaul's, SSG, Sally's... Heck you name it, even at an Ulta or Sephora. I was not spoken to unless I went to the counter, & both of the employee's weren't helpful at all... And where just so rude! Like I said, I really just hope I caught the Ladies on a really bad day and maybe they were trying to close their store earlier than usual that day. Yall are better than that, I know...
