I live in Marina so I could either go to Monterey or Salinas. I choose Salinas because the staff here are always so pleasant helpful and knowledgeable. I have a been a cosmetologist for 33 years and I know what good customer service is and they have it. The store is always well stocked. And if I need them to put an order together for me they make it happen and never make me Alfred like I am bothering them. Kudos to a great staff.

I'm a licensed Cosmo wanted to look at some thing not familiar with this store but was greeted by an older super rude lady no good customer service just now. Thankfully there was this other lady there sad I didn't get her name she was helpful but also as I was walking out I told the other lady she was rude and should not be where she has to engage customers. will be persistent and will not stop until I know that this is addressed to her she going at it with me as I was walking out the door... Unbelievable that salon centric would hire or not keep up with employees like her to make sure customers are feeling welcome and encouraged to bring back business to this establishment.

Excellent store and staff. The store is always stocked and they always have what I’m looking for. They are always on task and ready to help you if you need help.

Everyone is so helpful and so cheery. Very knowledgeable on the products. Awesome.
