I shop at SalonCentric frequently and have repeatedly had negative interactions with the same cashier. Short dark curly hair. She speaks in a condescending tone and asks me to present my card in the app in a way that feels dismissive, as if I don’t belong there or don’t have a store card. As a professional customer, this is disappointing. Customer service should be respectful and welcoming. I hope management addresses this issue.

I prefer going to the beauty Salon Centric on Atlantic Boulevard. The reason why I went to the one on Beach Blvd. it's convenient. It's a mixed girl in there with curly black hair very rude.. asked her a question she's so busy everything is very short.. she's very snappy and snooty for no reason.. she needs to work in the back and not deal with customers.. this is coming from a licensed Cosmetologist for over 20 years.

The young lady that work today on Sunday, December 12 did an excellent job with me helping me pick out the toner that I needed to correct a young lady’s hair very friendly and very honest with me with the choices that I was making I appreciate our assistance and I look forward to coming back to that store again.

So nice to be able to run in here to get what I need for the week in the salon. Makes it so much easier to run my business behind the chair.

Beautiful store! Annie is amazing, so informative and personable. She is awesome!!! This location is farther from my home but, it’s worth the drive!! Love this location!!!
