I came into salon centric for my boss as her assistant. Lines were fuzzy on our end over pick up policy and my boss has had trouble with the app previously, however she has been a long time customer and was just in the store the previous day. I was attempting to find a way to figure it out so that I still would be able to make the purchase, but the employee at the front desk (Shan) was dismissive and in my opinion very rude, giving me several dirty/seemingly irritated looks. Luckily I was able to speak with another employee (Michelle) who was very nice and was able to find a way to help me. I have never written a review for any establishment before, let alone a negative one, but I did not feel good about that interaction.

I’m a stylist and went in the store to grab some supplies. I was greeted and every one was super friendly, and helpful. In the past times I’ve gone the staff was not frienly. So this was an amazing change from previous experiences. Thank you.

Omg I can’t say this enough I love shopping at salon centric Shannon is always so helpful. I come in there with Pinterest pictures all the time and she helps me pick out color formulas answers. My questions and stuff is out of stock. She even goes and check the back for me is the best and the whole store is the best. I love it.

Came here for the Redken Promo where you receive multiple free items with the 10-23 Redken Shades. I purchased 24. I had to ask for the free items. Multiple employees didn't know what I was talking about. There were at least 2 displays and multiple signs all over the store listing the promo. They said I was the 1st customer to request it, so they didn't know. Even after requesting the items, I still didn't receive the Shades EQ Large Color Shade Chart or the Shades EQ Coppers Swatch Insert. I would've really liked to have this because my chart is several years old. The store was clean and stocked. Staff was friendly.

I think this place is pretty good. They have always been very helpful. I read some of the negative reviews on this and I wonder if the people leaving them have ever been to cosmetology school. It seems to me that they should know how to use the color, and it is a supply store, not a salon, so they are not responsible for user error.
