I’ve been going to Medicca Med Spa for many years and have generally had very positive experiences. I previously saw Dr. Sessler, who was wonderful—professional, knowledgeable, and always made me feel very comfortable. Since he is no longer with the practice, I continued my care there, but during my most recent visit I had a concerning experience. After being left waiting in the exam room, I eventually had to step into the hallway to find the nurse practitioner at her desk, as she had forgotten that I was there for my scheduled treatments. This made me feel overlooked and unimportant as a long-time client, and it left me feeling uncomfortable and less safe moving forward.
