What a fantastic massage I received from Cara. She was very thorough with listening at our intake chat before the session begun. She delivered what I asked, and even more! I really enjoyed the cupping, scraping and hot stones. Very facility and clean. I feel Cara delivers a great relaxing experience and her fees were extremely reasonable. I WILL be rebooking another massage again, as I prepare for a race to keep my body in better working and recovery condition. I would definitely 100% book a session with Cara. I absolutely loved my experience with Cara at Soulful Wellness & Massage. It was my first therapeutic massage (I'd only ever gotten shoulder or foot ones while getting manicures or pedicures before lol) but she answered all my questions and checked in with me about pressure/if there was any pain since it was my first time. It was all very peaceful and professional and I'm glad I did it. I felt like a new person afterwards, and already can't wait for my next one

Cara was very knowledgeable about how the different muscle groups effected one another and her passion for massage therapy was very evident she made sure I wasn’t in to much pain during the massage and taught me some things I didn’t know about anatomy! I left feeling like all the tension I had built up from working long hours was gone As a massage therapist she is very easy to talk to and considerate which I appreciated all in all can’t recommend enough excellent massage therapy for all the knots and tense muscles that build up over time

I had an incredible massage with Cara! She took the time to ask what my focus points were and tailored the session around them. I left feeling so relaxed. She has a very kind personality and I would highly recommend!
