If I could give this salon zero stars, I would. The owner of this business was a "no show" the morning of my daughter’s bridal shower. Although I’m not a client of this salon, I thought I’d try it out since I live in the area and was actually looking to use a new place for my hair. She gave me a 9 am appointment to have my hair curled for this special occasion. I actually walked in to the salon to confirm with her twice prior to the appointment to make sure she had me on her schedule. The morning of my appointment, I arrived at the salon at 8:55 a.m. and was told by another woman that Jackie was not in and I should text her. I was given the number to contact her at 9:03 and she didn’t even reply! I waited until 9:15, still nothing. The other person told me that I shouldn’t wait around for

Jackie is the bomb. I came in with a horrendous dye job from another salon and was almost in tears thinking nothing can fix it. Jackie literally spent TWO DAYS coloring and correcting my hair until it finally came out looking GORGEOUS. Thank you Jackie 💕

ZERO STARS—but they won’t let you choose zero stars. This was nightmare from beginning to end. To an objective observer, Jackie behaved as if she was under the influence of alcohol or some other substance….As I was leaving the house to go to my noon appt she sent a text saying she was running late, could I come at 1. I said sure. I got there 1 on the dot. There was no sign of her & no text. At 1:30 I decided I was going to leave when I saw her coming in the door. She didn’t say hi, she didn’t say sorry, she just began behaving in a manic way. I was there for a glaze and haircut. She had lot of comments aka innuendos to make. Today she was slurring the comments. I kept saying “What did you say?” because I couldn’t understand what she was saying…. The behavior of this woman was very odd & ve

Jackie has been cutting my hair for many years, and always does an amazing job. Her salon is beautiful and immaculately clean. She has accommodated my entire family with very short notice, and always goes out of her way to far exceed our expectations. My three brothers and my sister love coming to see Jackie.

This was my first time trying this salon and it was a pleasant experience. Everyone in the salon is so welcoming and nice. Jackie is amazing at cutting hair and the salon is very clean and pretty inside. Akeen is great at washing hair and really took the time to thoroughly wash it and used great treatments. My hair feels so much healthier and soft because of the great products that are used there. 😊
