I absolutely love this nail salon! The staff is friendly, professional, and always makes me feel welcome. The owner is especially warm and kind, she truly goes out of her way to make sure every client is comfortable and satisfied. Eleana does my nails, and she is amazing! She’s detail-oriented and always makes sure my nails look perfect. The salon itself is clean, relaxing, and beautifully maintained. Whether it’s a classic manicure, gel set, or pedicure, they never disappoint. I’ve been to a few salons in the area, but this one has quickly become my go-to. Highly recommend if you’re looking for quality service and a great experience!

Amazing experience!! Everyone was friendly and kind! My stylist listened and delivered exactly what I wanted! The salon has so many amenities like nails and massages as well as facials and the decor is giving luxury!! I also got a complementary mimosa which was so yummy. My sister was with me and wasn’t getting a service and they still offered her a drink! Great experience and will definitely be back! They also offer discounts currently for teachers and healthcare workers! Idk how long the deal will last but it’s available now.

This was one of my best experience with my body massage. You treat you like a movie star the place is so pleasant and welcoming. In fact I’m making an appointment this day to go with my daughter for a full body massage. Keep up the good work.

Horrible Experience – Stay Away! I had a terrible experience at Milly Beauty in Hempstead. During my visit, I ended up with a chemical burn on my ankle. When I brought it to their attention, the owner completely dismissed my concern, claiming I must have been “allergic” to the product. That explanation makes no sense—if it was an allergy, I would have had a reaction on both ankles, not just one. To make matters worse, when my boyfriend called to address the issue, they rudely hung up on him and refused to issue a refund. Their lack of accountability and poor customer service is shocking.
