Lespaul Massage Therapy

I had a great experience with Lespaul. He combined deep oscillation therapy with deep tissue massage for my leg, foot and arm injuries, and I noticed the improvement the day after the massage. Lespaul is extremely professional and a master at his craft.

Les is outstanding. I was recommended to Les by a friend. I was having daily Muscular Neck Pain. After my first two visits , I felt 100 % better . Les showed me multiple exercises and stretches to help maintain a good healthy posture. I still continue to go for Massages every 2 - 3 weeks +/- and I feel great . I saw the reviews for the therapist on Google. I was first looking to find chiropractor similar to the one I had upstate that does not use a the bone shifting method where they crack your back. I have been to a few chiropractors and this method caused me so much excruciating pain when I went home. After the last chiropractor, I left saying, “Never again.” I have severe scoliosis with several herniated discs from my neck, and throughout my spine all the way down to my lower back. The doctors look at my MRI and say, “How are you still standing?” My answer-“God.” I do have pain every day. Some days so excruciating but I try to move through it.
