I cannot say enough wonderful things about Tracy and Salon T. I have been going to Tracy for over 20 years, and she has been such a constant, trusted presence in my life. As a teenager, she made every salon visit feel special and safe. She did my hair for prom, always made me feel confident and cared for, and somehow managed to fix my hair even after I made the very bad teenage decision to box-dye my blonde hair black. She never judged, only helped, encouraged, and made it right. Tracy has always gone above and beyond. When I was 17, she even loaned me her hair straightener (which I unfortunately broke), and she kindly refused to let me repay her… something I still remember and appreciate to this day.
