Bought a defective product from their store after traveling 2 1/2 hours and they refused to exchange by shipping. When we were finally able to make the drive BACK to exchange it they refused and would not offer store credit either despite having the receipt on file and the defective product with us. She said she “was not sure who we talked to” but they would not be honoring or fixing the problem for us.

This store is great, so many selections and the associates are so helpful. I needed a last minute color and they worked so hard to help me get what I needed. Thank you! ☺️

You will not find better customer service, the staff is exceptional and as a hairstylist they make my life much easier.

Managers and staff are great. Store is always clean organized and stocked.

Every single stylist that was working was sweet and what as breathe of fresh air now days when shopping.
