This was my first time visiting this salon in Jacksonville, and I had such a great experience! I booked a last-minute appointment, and my stylist was super flexible with my schedule, which I really appreciated. The atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing, and you can tell Dree (cut/color specialist) truly enjoys what she does. My stylist was very knowledgeable and gave me great tips on how to better care for my hair. I got a silk press blowout and highlights for the first time, and I absolutely love how it turned out! My hair feels healthy, looks amazing, and I’ve gotten so many compliments already. Thank you so much Dree!

Salon Red was able to squeeze me in last minute and gave me an all-star treatment from start to finish! The service that was provided to me was terrible. Katrina took it upon herself to lock the door as if I was going to run out while she was doing my hair. Also while doing my hair she made it very known that my hair wasn't going to be straight as a hairstylist you're supposed to provide excellent service and do the best you can to make your client happy which did not happen to me. She also made a statement that I did book under "shoulder length" and as a hairstylist you would think she know what's on her website because shoulder length is not an option to book only " butt length" I was not satisfied at all with my service I would not recommend to receive service. At the end of your appointment she will tell you a different price from what your original leftover price was. I HIGHLY WOULD NOT
