My first visit since moving back home to the Portsmouth area was with Alexa P and it was outstanding. Alexa gave me a beautiful cut and color. She is truly the best stylist I have ever had. Alexa is sweet, kind and listens to what you would like to have done to your hair. I am thrilled that I was able to get an appointment with her. I highly recommend Alexa! A+ Alexa!! Alexa P. did an amazing job! She listened to what I wanted and did an amazing job making my hair look fabulous and keeping it low maintenance for me at a very affordable price!!!! I'm so excited to finally (after many years searching) have a hair stylist I can trust!!!

Unfortunately, not a good experience or lack of ‘experience.’ Had my appointment scheduled and was grateful to be booked, she mentioned she’d let me know if something comes up for appointment and if she’ll need to reschedule due to busy life (I get it.) Day of - no call, text or warning that she’d cancel, thought we were good, showed up 10 minutes early and was told she wasn’t there & that I’d have to reschedule. No thanks, not a great way to run your business.

Went for several month trying to figure things out. Hated the atmosphere; cold and hostile. Not a friendly environment. I liked the style from the beautician but for the jacked price I decided to try elsewhere. End up at Image Works in Wheelersburg for half the price, friendly beautician, friendly environment and great service. So happy I got away from this horrible atmosphere. Wouldn't recommend to an enemy!
