I would rate this place 0 stars if I could. I gave this place more chances than they ever deserved. Save your time & money. Cassandra H. is the worst hands down. I paid anywhere from $150 - $200 plus a tip & several times she sent me out of the shop not even finished. One time was w/ my hair still wet, I had to blow dry & style myself at home. Other times she sent me out w/ freaking hair dye still in my hair. I had to go home & finish myself. What kind of service is that. On a seperate occasion my daughter & I had dyed hair with shower caps. Come on now. I kept giving her chances, well not deserved. It's always she has to go & pick her kid up or some other lame excuse. I'm a mom, I get it, but I paid for that time. Not to leave w/ the job not done but you expecting full payment as if you f

The parlour was clean and relaxing. They recently installed massage chairs and have private waiting rooms so you can leave your covid concerns at home(just remember your mask). I was very happy with my hair cut and color and will definitely be back! Ashley was professional and made sure I was happy with the end result. I feel like a new woman!

My wife's hair looked good, but y'all are way more expensive than most places in Scioto County. $25 just for a hair cut...no shampoo, blow dry, no styling. Even with a $5 off coupon, you were still more expensive! We won't be back!
