I was really happy that they got me in right away for my appointment, the atmosphere was welcoming and the hairstylist was also very nice. I came in with a reference photo of blonde hair with some lowlights nothing drastic. (as seen in photo 1) my hair was already very blonde. (as seen in photo 2). Unfortunately, the result of my hair was nothing like what I showed the stylist (as seen in photo 3, finished product). When she finished drying my hair, it was much darker than blonde. I still paid full price and tipped 20%, I left feeling disappointed because it wasn’t close to what I asked for. It took a long time to get my hair to the blonde I had, so it’s really upsetting to walk out feeling unlike myself. She did let me know after my appointment that I could come in to add SOME free blond

My wife sees Ashley here. She is very knowledgeable about color application and trends, hair texture, and knowing what styles fit a person. She is also very friendly and inclusive. The location has a few chairs in the waiting area but it seems like people don't wait very long here. Along with being close to many other businesses, there is a stair path down to the river nearby which has covered and uncovered seating. A waiting spouse has a good amount of things to occupy the time with compared to a strip mall salon.

Late to the party of making a review. I need to make another appt soon. I’ve asked for Cari both times and she is absolutely amazing I always leave with a goofy grin because this is the only salon I trust with my hair. Never botched always happy and she always asks for input and if I like how it’s going the way I want for my color and cut.

I love my hair stylist Hair by Jennifer Campbell. She’s amazing at hair coloring as well, complete magic. So personable, professional and the studio is clean and customer centric. If you’re looking for quality and a hair colorist that will give you a brand new you or a little boost go see Jenn!

Cari does an amazing job! The salon is very nice and comfortable! The separate hair stations make it feel so easy to have a one on one with your stylist and is really nice for times like these. Highly recommend!
