Today I got my hair colored and I am not happy with how long the bleach was left on my hair. At the start of the appointment I clearly stated I only need the bleach on for 10 minutes. It was at least 20, plus heat. My head honestly hurts. The stylist disappeared, and when she re-appeared she wanted to leave the bleach on longer and I straight up told her no. My hair does not need to be blonde, I just needed it orange to go to pink because I've had it done before. I'm just really sad that my hair is damaged from the bleach because it was left too long. The color placement was inconsistent, I will have to get it fixed. I also just discovered she got bleach on my shirt and ruined it, it's a new shirt. It has been months since this appointment and I have needed to get 2 haircuts (went to a di
