I am both honored and grateful to share my experience with RPW. Spinal Energetics with Amy has been a powerful part of my healing journey. Each session I am able to go deeper on a soul level. Not only have I experienced physical release of pain, but also deeper emotional and ancestral healing. I’ve experienced profound shifts in my nervous system and heart space, along with greater clarity about what is mine to carry and what to let go of. Wowzer! What a profound session. I have received a lot of energy / bodywork and this was unlike any modality I have experienced (in a very positive way). I feel more relaxed with less mokeymind, my neck is less tight and my posture is improved. Energetically I received answers to a couple of thing I had been looking for clarity on. Amy is skilled, has great wisdom and is very personable. I look forward to my next session to peel the next layer!

Amy is such an incredible massage therapist and healer! I saw her in Buffalo and am so glad she is back in Elk River now! She has an incredible combination approach to massage therapy that includes hot stone, deep tissue & cupping and every time I'm so impressed at her ability to find the root of any soreness I've been having! She is worth every penny and I can't recommend her enough!
