Salon Monique Day Spa

Monique and her team are the absolute sweetest. We needed to come in for a haircut for my daughter as she is going through chemotherapy. Susan was our hairstylist and she was so understanding and great with our daughter throughout the entire appointment. Monique also reached out to us separately and has quickly become part of our community. The grace, support, and understanding this team has shown us in this difficult time has been unexpected and has meant so much to us. Some really, really good people here. The location is so cute and feels so homey! My appointment started with a tour of the salon. I had a wonderful experience with Chloe, she was so meticulous and thoughtful. I scheduled my next appointment right away!

Elaine does wonderful work. Everytime I have a brow wax/tint and lash tint I am so thankful for her attentiveness to my needs.

Beware the bait and switch is alive and well. My wife called to have her hair put up for a wedding a few months before the appointment she was told it would be 30 to $35. She went on the day of the wedding no cut no wash no blow dry no pins. Just had curls put in. She was charged at $ 90 and she left a $30 tip. When I realized this had happened I called and was told they would look into it. They then called my wife back and left a voicemail saying she was overcharged it was supposed to be $70. Still double of the quoted price. They said there would be a refund of $20 but it's been 3 weeks and I have called back twice and no money has been returned to us. Not very professional. Businesses like this should honor their quotes. Even if they claim it was quoted wrong. I won't be recommending th
