Absolutely Amazing – My Knot is Completely Gone! I get regular muscle knots and trigger points in my traps from work, and while they usually go away on their own, I recently had one that just wouldn’t budge. It was affecting my sleep, my mood, and daily function – getting worse each day. I’d only had one massage for something like this before at another place, and while the deep tissue work helped temporarily, it was extremely painful and the knot came back quickly. Sandras is perfectly decorated and clean. I cant believe how affordable it is, there's A LOT of parking, and its conveniently located near 95 and RT1. Debbie was my therapist and was absolutely excellent! I get massages because my body needs them not to relax. Usually with massages I'm uncomfortable because its painful. Debbie used a good amount of pressure while moving around and changing up her technique in a way that I enjoyed the massage and knew that my body would feel so much better. I already made my next appointment and will be sending everyone I know her way. Update- Debbie is no longer working at Sandra's but I still love it there and I see Amy or Rebecca 😁

Sandra’s is a hidden gem. I have had horrible back and neck issues that I just couldn’t get worked out. A friend recommended Sandra’s and I haven’t been anywhere else since. The price is right and Megan has always been personable and attentive to my specific needs. I have always seen Megan but hear Sandra has other therapists all with their own specialties.

Had my 2nd visit @ Sandra's with Mason. All I can say is I can appreciate a massage therapist who knows their craft and take it seriously! Every aspect of his massage is incredible! I get a 90min deep tissue; I go in stiff, tight, uncomfortable; from my neck, lower back, shoulders, HANDS! I come out feeling really good, looser, relieved, he is truly worth the visit!

My boyfriend and I finally got around to treating ourselves after the holidays and found Sandra's Massage Therapy place nearby. We've only gotten massages a couple of times, but I can say that my massage from Kelly was by far my best one yet. She was very attentive and it was obvious she took pride in her job and worked hard to make me feel relaxed as possible. I had never had a Swedish massage before and honestly don't know the difference between a 'normal' one, but the treatment she gave me was outstanding. I honestly can't decide which was my favorite part, the face and neck massage, the foot massage, or the surprising glute massage! Kelly took care of me so well, I can definitely see myself returning to her several times a year.
