The Dental assistant Brenda was friendly, kind and very accommodating “ asking me if I would like to listen to music while I wait for the doctor” that made me feel very At ease and knew! I made the right choice to come in to this new practice in my hometown. Dr Velez greeted me with a warm smile and professionalism, she explained what she would do before starting my procedure and during. The icing on the cake was how gentle she was injecting. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly, especially when it came to my skin treatments. I’ve received fillers and Botox from her, and I absolutely love my results. I had the best experience getting my lip fillers done here! Dr.V was absolutely amazing. She is so knowledgeable, gentle, and attentive to detail. She really listened to what I wanted and delivered the most natural, beautiful results. I felt comfortable and confident the entire time. From the moment I walked in, the staff was so welcoming, and professional. The clinic is absolutely stunning and spotless. It has a calming atmosphere which is very important to me considering I’ve always been so afraid to go to the dentist. Dr. Velez has definitely changed that for me. Dr. velez took her time to explain every step, answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable. I could tell they really care about their patients.
