Terrible experience. I hardly ever post reviews and really think twice if it’s a negative review, but I feel This needs to be said. The first couple times I went there my experience was great, no issues. The last time I went, she totally missed the roots in the front of my head and I wear my hair back often so it was very visible. I went back to get it fixed, and specifically said what I wanted. She still refused to do what I asked for, gave me the same exact dye job and charged me 70 bucks for it. So all in all I paid over $200 easily For hair that is not how I want. When I went back to ask to get it fixed, I felt like it was very intense and negative and didn’t need to be that way. Will definitely not go back again.
