I was extremely nervous since the stylist that did my hair had retired. I was fortunate and had an appointment with the owner, Sarah. She asked me quite a few questions before starting. She did an AMAZING color and cut! I am so in love with the styling. She was a wonderful person. The vibe in Salon do Bella was fantastic. You could tell everyone respected each other. All COVID protocols were followed. It was a great experience and have already booked my next appt!!❤❤

Sarah is the sweetest. She came in on her day off to even out a bad cut I had gotten the day before. She made a bad cut, good! I can’t wait to start using her as my regular stylist. The salon was super cute and inviting. Highly recommend! Thanks, Sarah!

Awful customer service. Hairstylist I went to was extremely rude and didn’t care about keeping her scheduled appointments (cancelled same day once and double-booked the next time on purpose and sent me home to wait 2 hours to get the work done despite my booking being done first). 2 stars instead of 1 because the work wasn’t too bad once I finally managed to have it done. I have never had a worse experience with a hairstylist. I will never return.
