Hello Lovely Salon & Spa

Scheduled an appointment with them for a hair color change for my daughter. They declined the appt via text but didn't try any other form of contact that is on the "book online" set up page. I didn't see the text which also didn't have a confirm text option. The text stated to "contact us" but when you do no one answers and the VM explains that you can not speak with anyone and to only book online. I took off work for this appt just be told upon arrival that my appt was declined. If you have a "book online" only as an option and it doesn't work properly then you should try all forms of contact to ensure the customer knows about the declined appt. Terrible way of doing business and WILL never be back!!!!!

I recommend seeing Hanna Lee! She has been taking care of me for close to three years now. I have always struggled with loving my own hair but Hanna always does such an excellent job of listening and working with me on how to achieve my goals. Her coloring and cuts are top notch. I trust her 100% and feel so grateful that I found her. Thank you Hanna! You are awesome as well as the rest of the staff. Super inviting and friendly environment. Highly recommend.

Hanna has been the only stylist to touch my hair for years! She is the absolute best when it comes to keeping up with my bright blonde color without damaging my hair. I constantly have people asking who does my hair, and I know they will be so well taken care of when I send them her way! Get in while you can girlies, because she is worth it!
