I happened upon Laura by a friend who referred her to me! Man, was I lucky! She is SO good at her job. Once you go there, you will understand, but walking into her shop...she makes you feel so welcome and really takes her time to come up with a plan that is best for you. She is good about appointment reminders, the atmosphere in her place is calming and beautiful, she communicates with you, she has the best facials and makes you so relaxed by the time your session is done. So grateful for her sweet soul and caring, upbeat attitude! Thank you Laura!

I’ve been seeing Laura at Kitzie for years. I can’t say enough good things about not only her services and skills but also her as a person! From the aesthetics and comfort of her spaces she creates to the ease and hospitality you feel under her care, there’s not a better Esthetician you will find in Kansas City. 10 out of 10 every single time!

Laura's space is incredibly comfortable...light and bright. She has created an amazing experience and it truly feels like she has thought of everything. The service itself, including the service bed you lie down on, allows complete relaxation while Laura thoroughly and gently takes care of you. I'm not sure if it was the particular mood I was in or if Laura gets all the credit, but I felt so taken care of that it brought a tear.

Laura is a gem - her space is professional and beautiful, she's friendly and easy to communicate with, and her skills are top notch. I always feel like a million bucks after my appointments.
