I noticed she moved the mirror away a bit fast when showing me the back of my head but I didn't really catch it. It would have been nice if she had just acknowledged the mistake and offered to fix it. Not thrilled, but it'll grow back. Also, the clippers were clearly on their last leg and very loud when being used next to ears

I live a block away, so it has been very convenient to have this business so close by. The prices are reasonable. The service is fantastic! Anna is very attentive, skilled, and conversational when you are feeling social. She cares about her clients, and gives recommendations based on her years of professional experience. She also is a fantastic tour guide for anyone new to the area. Be sure to bring cash!

Great service, professionalism, and value. She listened attentively to my needs, made sure she understood what I wanted, and then worked hard to to give me exactly that! I've now been a loyal customer for almost two years.

She does a great job in cutting hair but everything else is awful. For example, her sign outside states, "Walk-In's Welcome," but that is not true, so I suggested you should remove it since it throws people off. Her answer was, well they should know. So how would you know until you walk in, then she tells you that you have to make an appointment or comeback later, when its convenient for her vs. being convenient for the customer. Also she only accepts cash, she should also put that on her sign as well.
