Salon Centric Frisco, Texas Formerly RDA Pro-Mart

I have been going to this location for a few months. I was pleasantly surprised to come across Rachel who helped me with selecting products. She was very knowledgeable and was not a product pusher. Such a refreshing change.

I stopped into salon centric today to pick up a new product for the salon and while I was greeted a regular came in and I was basically ignored and rushed. The client she was helping had to remind her I was in the store. When I was ready to check out I was told to wait while she showed the other client a product even after she was told to take me. I’ve had bad experiences here before and refuse to go back. I also find it odd that there are no prices listed so you don’t know what anything cost until it’s checked out.

Came into the store today. There was a bit of confusion with the TdL license number. I renewed it but appears their system was changed and I needed to do something else in order to buy products. I was completely okay with following the procedure. However, I was extremely confused why the cashier clerk was being very rude, disrespectful, and demeaning. Also yelling at me in front of the entire store. I even had a girl approach me and say it wasn’t okay for her to talk to me like that. Once I get everything in order, I will never EVER step foot into this store again

I have been using this location since before it was Salon Centric. (Previously RDA) I have never had a problem. Periodically there have been low stock in shades eq. The store is incredibly clean and organized. I always great customer service from greeting to goodbye. My kids get excited to go see Farrah and she is always good to them as well.

She over charges for products and doesn’t tell you. She charged me $19.21 for each product and the price on the isle tags were $17.03. She also didn’t tell me the grand total and just charged my card without telling me a total, when I asked what happened she said that the whole store had gone up. 100% BS and do not recommend.
